BLISS Gift Experience – Terms & Conditions
 

Validity
BLISS Gift Experiences are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the gift voucher.
 

Bookings
Appointments are essential and are subject to availability. Please mention your BLISS Gift Experience when making your booking.
 

Using Your Gift Experience
Your gift voucher may be used for the BLISS experience named on the voucher. Please bring or present your voucher at your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our usual appointment cancellation policy applies. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellation or non-attendance may affect the value or continued use of your gift voucher.
 

Value & Redemption
BLISS Gift Experiences cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash change will be given for any unused value.
 

Transferability
Gift experiences may be transferred to another person within the original validity period.
 

Lost Gift Vouchers
If your voucher is lost or misplaced, please contact De-Stress and be HAPPY. Where the original purchase can be verified, we may be able to reissue the voucher.
 

Changes to Services
From time to time, minor changes may be made to an experience or the way it is delivered. Where this occurs, the overall value and intention of the purchased BLISS experience will be honoured.
