Ready to take your Reiki practice further?
Thinking about
Reiki Level Two?
Reiki Level Two builds on the foundations and experience you developed
in Level One.
You've already learnt the foundations of Reiki, received your Level One attunements and had time to begin using Reiki for yourself and with other people.
Level Two takes that learning further. Over the weekend, we'll deepen your understanding, introduce the Reiki Level Two symbols and explore additional ways Reiki can be used — including mental and emotional work and long-distance Reiki.
This is also where your Reiki training begins to move towards practitioner-level work.
The weekend combines further theory with plenty of practical experience, giving you time to learn the new techniques, experience them for yourself and practise using them with others.
Reiki Level Two is the practitioner level of the training pathway. Once you have completed the course and your required case studies have been assessed as competent, you will receive your Reiki Level Two certificate and may begin practising Reiki professionally.
Before beginning Reiki Level Two
Reiki Level One training must be completed and certified before attending this course.
If you completed your Reiki Level One training with another Reiki teacher, you are welcome to enquire about joining Level Two. Your previous training will need to be at a level comparable with the foundations covered in Reiki Level One at De-Stress and be HAPPY, so that everyone attending is ready to progress together.

What you'll learn in Reiki Level Two
Reiki Level Two builds on the foundations of
Level One and expands the ways you can work with Reiki.
During Reiki Level Two we'll explore:
Over the weekend, you'll continue developing your understanding and practical experience of Reiki while learning new techniques that can be used for yourself and when working with others.

-
The Reiki Level Two symbols — learning the three symbols introduced at this level, what they represent and how they are used.
-
Mental and emotional Reiki — exploring ways Reiki can be used when working with thoughts, emotions and patterns.
-
Long-distance Reiki — learning how Reiki can be offered when the recipient is not physically present.
-
Meridians and energy pathways — developing your understanding of energetic systems and their relationship to Reiki practice.
-
Energy centres and Reiki flow — exploring the additional energy centres associated with Level Two and the increased flow of Reiki energy traditionally associated with this level of training.
-
Developing awareness and intuition — exploring the increased sensitivity, intuitive and psychic awareness that can develop as your Reiki practice deepens.
-
Additional ways of working with Reiki — expanding the techniques and applications available to you as your practice develops.
-
Practical Reiki treatments — putting your Level Two learning into practice and developing greater confidence when working with others.
-
Developing practical practitioner skills — learning how to gather relevant client information, establish meaningful starting points, and help clients recognise and describe changes they experience over time.
You'll also receive your Reiki Level Two attunements as part of the weekend.
You won't spend the whole weekend sitting and taking notes.
The theory helps you understand the new concepts and techniques introduced in
Level Two. The practical sessions give you the opportunity to experience what you've been learning, ask questions and develop greater confidence using your new Reiki skills with yourself and others.

What your Reiki Level Two weekend looks like
Saturday Morning — Building on the foundations
We begin by revisiting the foundations from Level One before moving into the new concepts introduced in Level Two. We'll explore the Reiki Level Two symbols, their meanings and traditional uses, along with how and when they may be incorporated into your Reiki practice.
Saturday Afternoon — Experiencing Level Two
You'll receive your Level Two attunements and begin putting the morning's learning into practice. We'll work with the symbols and techniques introduced during the day, giving you the opportunity to experience them for yourself before practising with others.
Reiki Level Two is taught over two days, giving us time to understand the new concepts and techniques, experience them for ourselves and put them into practice.
The mornings are primarily about building your understanding.
We'll work through the Level Two theory together, including the Reiki symbols, their traditional uses and the additional concepts introduced at this level, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.
The afternoons are practical.
You'll receive your Level Two attunements and spend time learning, experiencing and practising the techniques introduced during the course. You'll work with the Reiki symbols, practise using Reiki in different ways and spend time both giving and receiving Reiki with other students.
By Sunday afternoon, you'll have had repeated opportunities to practise what you've learned, ask questions and begin bringing the different elements of Level Two together with greater confidence.
Sunday Morning — Deepening your understanding
We'll check in on what you noticed after Day One, revisit questions and continue building your understanding of Level Two. We'll explore distance Reiki, mental and emotional applications, and how these techniques may be incorporated into your Reiki practice.
Sunday Afternoon — Building practitioner confidence
The afternoon brings the different elements of Level Two together through practical Reiki treatments. You'll practise gathering relevant client information, establishing meaningful starting points and helping the person you're working with recognise and describe changes they experience.
You'll continue giving and receiving Reiki while I supervise, guide and answer questions, helping you develop greater confidence in applying your Level Two skills with others.

You won't leave Reiki Level Two simply knowing more about Reiki — you'll have spent time putting your new skills into practice.

After your Reiki Level Two weekend
The weekend gives you the Level Two training.
The next stage is putting that learning into practice..
After your course, you'll be encouraged to use your Level Two skills regularly so that the symbols, techniques and ways of working introduced during the weekend become increasingly familiar and comfortable.
Your course workbook includes case study sheets to guide you through this next stage. These give you a practical structure for recording your Reiki sessions, considering the information you've gathered, and noticing and recording changes throughout the client's experience.
Practise your Level Two skills
Continue working with the symbols and techniques introduced during the weekend so they become a natural part of the way you use Reiki.
Gain experience working with different people
Your case studies give you experience using Reiki with different people, gathering relevant information and adapting what you've learned to individual needs and experiences.
Develop your practitioner skills
Begin bringing together your Reiki skills with the practical aspects of working with another person — establishing meaningful starting points, observing what happens during a session and helping clients recognise and describe the changes they experience.

To complete Reiki Level Two, you'll submit 12 case studies after your training weekend:
3 long-distance Reiki treatments with one person
+ 3 Reiki treatments with each of 3 different people
Your case studies are assessed to make sure you can confidently and competently apply what you've learnt. Once they have been successfully completed, you'll receive your Reiki Level Two certificate.
If something needs a little more development, we'll discuss it together and you may be asked to complete additional case studies before your certificate is awarded.
Once your case studies have been successfully completed and assessed as competent, you'll have completed the practitioner level of your Reiki training.
If you choose to begin offering Reiki professionally, you'll also need to consider the practical requirements of establishing your practice, including appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
