Cancellation Policy for Appointments

At De-Stress and be HAPPY we will reserve your appointment time especially for you. This is your time to create change in your life. Our staff look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.

Please respect that we are creating this wellness space exclusively for you. As such, we have a cancellation policy for all appointments.

NOTE: (You WILL receive a courtesy reminder email from De-Stress and be HAPPY, 48 hours before your booking.)

If you are unable to attend your appointment, advise our staff and we will cancel your booking and reschedule it for a more appropriate time.

(You may have already seen it when you booked your initial appointment online, or received a paper copy when you attended your initial appointment.)

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice or more for any, appointment changes or cancellation of appointments.

Cancellations / changes will be confirmed by our staff as a way of acknowledgment of the cancellation / change of appointment.

(You DO have the option of changing your appointment time online yourself via our booking system. If you choose this option, you will receive an email confirmation of the booking change.)

A fee of 50% of the total service fee will be charged, if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations, if 4 hours or less notice is given.

If (less than 15 minutes late for an appointment) the time will be subtracted from your appointment.)

- If more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be forfeited and a 100% fee will be charged, payable within 5 days.

* NOTE: The appointment may then need to be reschedule if required.
