During my time working as a Kinesiologist, it has become very apparent that there is a lot of misunderstanding about the significance of drinking water. Now I know we all hear about this "8 glasses of water a day bit.............." Actually there a great deal of advertising & media coverage about it, (especially advertisers selling bottled water) but has anyone explained to you the real reason why you should drink "8 glasses per day."
